“The Leadership Soft Skills and Negotiation Training” fosters a growth-oriented culture and strengthens leadership capabilities for all Managers and Supervisory levels of the OCP Team, held at Makati Diamond Hotel from Feb 26, 2025, and March 7-8, 2025.
The program covered key modules on leadership fundamentals, communication skills, negotiation strategies, and advanced negotiation for incident management. This event was first held at the OCP Office and then on two additional weekends at Makati Diamond Hotel.
