Tasks and Responsibilities Required for the Position:
- In charge of utility works (coordinate, assist, and attend the inspection with DOTr and Contractor regarding the relocation and removal of existing utilities within the PROW).
- Monitor closely the activities involving drainage system along the project alignment.
- Supervised closely the inspector in-charge in doing inspection at site concerning drainage/utilities.
- Coordinate regularly to GCR Drainage Expert any changes in drainage design and other RFI’s which is to be incorporated to the shop drawing submitted by the Contractor.
- Specific/Special Qualifications Required for the Position, if any:
- Licensed Civil Engineer with 5 years minimum hands-on experience in construction of drainage system mostly storm water and viaduct drainage.
- Ability to work under pressure and to review Contractor’s submissions related to drainage and other utility items. (Shop drawings, Method Statements, MAR, SAR etc.,)
- Ability to draft NCRS (Non-Conformance Reports) and letters in response to Contractor’s letters related to Drainage and Utility Issues.
- Assisting with joint site verifications, inspections, etc. between the Employer, Engineer & Contractor with the LGUs, Barangays, USPS, etc.
- Assisting to attend meetings with LGUs, Barangays, authorities, utility service providers, jointly with the Employer as and when requested by the Employer.
- Ability to be flexible and support the site team in related work if and when required. 7. Team player.
Tasks and Responsibilities Required for the Position:
- Support implementation of all actions in the GAP and gender-specific measures in the DMF.
- Ensure that sex-disaggregated data and gender specific indicators included in the GAP and DMF are incorporated in the project performance and monitoring system; and that GAP implementation is incorporated in the over-all project workplans and budget.
- Review contracts and agreements under the project to ensure compliance with GAP and GESI requirements; and monitor compliance of partners with GESI and gender-specific provisions of the agreement.
- Conduct regular field visits to support and monitor GAP implementation, collect qualitative and quantitative data showing progress on GAP targets and indicators and outcomes. Qualitative data include human interest stories of project beneficiaries showing the project’s contribution to gender equality and women’s empowerment with the emphasis on disability and its impact on project interventions.
- Work closely with DOTr and partner agencies to ensure gender-sensitivity and responsiveness of program implementation plans.
- Assist to orient the EA/IA and partner agencies on the GAP and DMF gender-specific targets and activities partners’ roles and responsibilities, and expected deliverables.
- Build the capacity of the PMO to implement, monitor and report on GESI and GAP accomplishments – both at process and outcome levels.
- Prepare GESI/GAP progress reports (in accordance with required format), as a part of quarterly progress reports.
- Liaise with community women’s and women’s groups to maximize opportunities for women’s involvement in consultations and benefits under the project and ensure that related targets for women are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, statements, cash flow statements, and payroll checks.
- Ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
- Manages budgets, prepares financial forecasts, and conducts business modeling and risk assessments.
- Identifies areas for improvement in accounting processes and implements solutions.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinates annual audits of the department

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
