North-South Commuter Railway Extension
(NSCR-Ex)
The project aims to strengthen transportation, alleviate traffic congestion, and extend the original NSCR from Malolos to Clark Air and south from Solis to Calaman project. The project is jointly funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
