North-south Commuter Railway Project
(General Consultant)

Once fully operational, the NSCR is expected to cut travel times drastically. The current 4-hour journey between Clark and Calamba will be reduced to less than 2 hours. The Airport Express service will connect Clark International Airport to Makati in under an hour. As the country’s most expensive railway project, it is designed to relieve severe road traffic congestion and provide a faster, more reliable transport link across Central Luzon, Metro Manila, and the CALABARZON regions.
